Maybe I’m biased because I’m a fitness guy, but in my opinion everyone should be in a fitness program.   It takes work, but isn’t it worth it to reduce the odds of getting ill, maintaining functionality, staying lean, keeping a fast metabolism to keep you trim, and ultimately slow down the aging process.

 
So what’s the #1 reason people aren’t in a fitness program….

Strategies:

– 2 to 3 times a week going to the gym for 30 minutes – mentally attainable
– Hire a coach to teach you efficient strategies to be fit– successful people hire coaches
– If you’re intimidated of gyms, then join my fitness center – we offer a studio like atmosphere perfect for getting started
– Find a few friends to start with you – retention is the best when you have a community
